Karnataka's pride
Pure Mysore Silk — Our State's Richest Traditional Wear
No drape belongs to Karnataka the way Mysore silk does. Reeled from pure mulberry silk and finished in the soft matte crape the region is known for, it falls light on the shoulder yet holds a quiet, unmistakable sheen. Fine gold zari checks, zigzag ladder weaves and broad peacock-motif borders complete a saree that reads traditional at a temple and elegant at an evening function.
It is the first thing we show most families at Byadarahalli — peacock teal, parrot green, royal blue, maroon, rani pink, violet and classic black, opened in daylight so the zari and the fall can be judged before anything else.

The art of
The Art of Kanchipuram Silk
A Kanchipuram saree is recognised long before the label is read — the firm fall of the body, the border that holds its line, and a pallu that carries temple, peacock or floral motifs in gold zari. It is the drape South Indian families reach for at muhurthams, seemanthams and milestone celebrations.
On our floor at Manjunatha Circle these silks are opened fully and compared in daylight, so weight, sheen and border width can be judged side by side rather than guessed at.
Banarasi
The Timeless Beauty of Banarasi
Banarasi sarees speak a different visual language — brocade jaal across the body, fine floral butis, and borders that read ornate rather than architectural. They suit receptions, sangeets and festive evenings, and lighter Banarasi silks are a favourite with brides who want richness without the weight of a full South Indian silk.
Bridal
For the Moments That Become Memories
The bridal collection is built around the days a family plans for years — the engagement, the muhurtham, and the receptions that follow. Classic temple-border reds sit beside quieter ivories, wines and emeralds, with coordinated options for the bride’s mother, sisters and close family chosen in the same visit.

Traditional & designer
Everyday silks, festival drapes and contemporary designer pieces
Not every occasion calls for a wedding silk. The traditional and designer edits carry lighter drapes for temple mornings, office festivals, sangeets and evening functions.

Timeless Indian silks & sarees
Mysore silk, Kanchipuram, Kanjeevaram and Banarasi — under one roof in Bengaluru
Annapoorneshwari Silks and Sarees brings India's great weaving traditions onto a single floor at Byadarahalli, so a family can compare a South Indian ceremonial silk with a North Indian brocade in the same visit instead of travelling across the city.
Pure Mysore Silk Crape
Karnataka's own weave: a light, matte crape drape in clear jewel colours with fine gold zari checks and peacock borders.
Kanchipuram Silk Sarees
The South Indian benchmark for ceremonial silk — firm body, contrast border and temple or peacock motifs in gold zari.
Kanjeevaram Silk Sarees
The same great tradition by its other name, chosen for dense weaves and heavy zari pallus that carry a full wedding day.
Banarasi Sarees
North Indian brocade — jaal work and floral butis across the body, favoured for receptions and festive evenings.
Alongside these weaves the store keeps bridal silk sarees, wedding sarees for the whole family, designer drapes and traditional Indian sarees for festivals — the same range a Bengaluru household needs across a full wedding and festival calendar.
